About Me

I am happy to say thatI am the proud parent of 4. I have 3 girls and a boy. I was born on Oahu and raised on Maui. I never thought that I would leave the islands but when there's more out there to see and do; you gotta go where the wind takes you. I now live in the middle of a desert. A cold and windy desert but a desert in the middle of no where never the less. I know that when life steers you one way just go with the flow it maybe a little rough at first; okay alot but it will work out down the line probably, I think, hopefully. Things happen for a reason so deal with it is what I used to live by, but as for now all that matters is my kids and my happiness. If my kids are involved watch out. I am like a mother bear, I will do anything for my offspring. My goal is to one day quit smoking after 14 maybe 15 years of it. Not only for myself but for my kids. So they will stop saying "Mom you bettah quit smoking today cuz I'm allergic to da smoke." I want to one day be able to say that's my kid the one with the personality that brightened the day for everyone. Personally, I am like any woman with her good days and not so good days. Like all Taurus I am stubborn, hard headed, and tempermental. My biggest accomplishment is my kids. For at their young ages they are teaching me new things about life everyday. I want to be able to pass on my heritage onto my kids so they know where they came from. My Interests

I like to shop and talk and talk and talk. I like to spending time with my kids. I love the snow, don't really care for cold weather that accompanies the snow. I like making others laugh and smile. I am a mom and a big kid, so Friday night and Saturday morning cartoons are the bomb, they have changed but not that much since I was a kid.

I'd like to meet:

Friends I had as a child on Oahu, old friends from Maui. I would like to meet people that are honest, forgiving, and those who know that when life has its ups and downs it is how you adjust and how happy it makes you is what matters. I would like to meet new people from all over, the town I live in now; the towns I lived in before, and maybe people in a town that I plan to move to one day.

Music:

I love hawaiian music, oldies, and believe it or not I have become quite accustomed to country.

Movies:

Haven't been able to see any lately but hopefully one day I will.

Television:

Cartoons, Cartoons, Cartoons. Ohh and Thursday night CSI; it's da bomb.

Books:

I went to school for years but never really understood the concept of a book. What is a book????

Heroes:

My main heroes are my parents because they raised me to be the person that I am. They showed that no matter what anyone thinks the only opinion that matters is my own. They showed me that I have to grab life by the horns and go for the ride. My kids because they taught me that everything doesn't need to be set in stone. Things happen all you have to do is adjust yourself to it. They showed me to not over think the answer to everything. They also showed me patience. Something I was never good at really never good at and still not. My best buddy Keali'i; sometimes being eccentric isn't that bad of a thing. Laughing and crying to each other showed me that there are people you can trust besides your family. He also showed me how to accessorize for special events. My little sister; she never learned from my mistakes growing up; she gotta learn on her own. Something I am very proud to admire, Stubborness.
