Elizabeth

I only come here because you do.

About Me

I REALLY HAVE A THOUSAND THINGS I SHOULD BE DOING BEFORE SPENDING TIME HERE, but sometimes I still do.

Hello. :)

--------------------------------------------
I read a lot of poetry and books on language; love spending time alone on the (x) floor of the library, away in other cities with friends, or some place like home writing, reading, staring out the window...

Now and then I am compelled to write of a present fervor; a record of impressions; an actual happening, (here) .

My Interests

agape, language, the Holy Spirit, dancing, poetic meter and form, reading, Romance with a capital "R", the five senses, prayer, cultura, family, friendship, sublimity, Jesus, The Bible, English, the truth spoken in love, Spanish, Sensuality, isolated instances of reckless abandon, grammar, dancing, translation, quoting lines like"Ah, but a man's reach should exceed his grasp, Or what's a heaven for?..."; "what is in me dark Illumine," Riesling in a crystal glass, walks at night, world music, freedom in Christ, coffee, chocolate, cafes, road trips, vinyasana yoga, scholarly pursuits, St. Louis, Los Angeles, bossa nova, writing, good company
