About Me

Quiet, introspective, optimistic, ambitious. I believe that everything in life is a matter of perspective, and that the moment we are currently experiencing is, in a way, all and everything we have.

My Interests

The beautiful outdoors, running, cycling, hiking, yoga, kayaking, camping, cross-country skiing, napping in the grass on a sunny day, breathing in nature. Art - experiencing, creating, feeling and living it. Photography. Pottery. Food - creation, consumption and sharing - vegan, pastries, gluten-free, macrobiotic, ayurvedic. Dinner parties. Gin Martinis. Conversation. My future restaurant. Watching people - learning from their eyes what their mind has to say. Getting to know who they really are. Moving beyond superficiality. Writing. Reading. Feminist consciousness. Recycling and composting. Earth Day. Equality. Trying to change the world into a better place. Thinking about what that means. Quiet moments to myself, like this one.

I'd like to meet:

truth

A feminist is a person who answers "yes" to the question, "Are women human?" Feminism is not about whether women are better than, worse than or identical with men. And it's certainly not about trading...
