Born and raised in the L.A. area but moved further and further east from Junior year on. Got back to Alhambra in my early 20s, worked full time and attended college on and off - met my future husband after meeting a mutual acquaintance at "Dead on The Mountain" in '95. How can we thank you Steve??? Also, if it hadn't been for Mark F., I wouldn't have gone to DOTM at all! May you both be blessed! Anywho, we married in '97, and finally settled here in San Diego where he's a software engineer. My ultimate goal (always has been) is to be a stay at home mom which I hope will happen "soon". Adoption may be in our future, and I think it's a beautiful thing. We have one "son" and "daughter" now: A darling labrador mix from Baja Animal Sanctuary. We recently adopted his "wife", a beautiful 4 year old manchester terrier. They L-O-V-E each other, even when a little competitive for our love and attention. We're a blessed little pack!Isn't there a limit to this profile thingy??? I'll keep typing - I warn ya! LOLWe bought a fixer upper and have spent the last 5 1/2 years slowly working on it. We're not sure how long we'll be here in San Diego (or Southern California for that matter) since we both love trees and out of the way places, but for now, this is where we've landed.Exhale. I'm done for now. :)
