...if you call playing some CDs and my Ipod , DJing .
LOL.
I had control of the music, that’s all that matters! ....
and
every so often I would show up with a new toy
.. - ..a new software program
.. - ..a soundcard
.. - ..a midi controller
.. - ..another midi controller
.. - ..a new laptop
...and now I have all this stuff!!
Then, late 2008/2009 I started playing in the other clubs.

saw DJing as an
opportunity to express your musical talent?
DJing was born out of pure selfishness
- wanting to hear good music at a play party
-- and the previous DJ abandoned
the party owner.
So, I put some CDs in the deck that's how it started.
I find music that moves me & that I think will also moves others.
It's definitely part of my musical background
- my Dad taught music 32 years in Detroit
I could read music and play 12 band instruments, when I was 11.
I also majored in Performing Arts at Cass Tech.
This has become a vehicle of expression for me
...as I learn my tools
- the laptop
- midi controllers
- DJ Program
I can create stuff during a Live performance.
I have 4 tracks available to load and play!
What do you want out of DJing ?
I want to make people feel and move and party.
