i'm ridiculous.
...no, seriously. talk to me for more than 5 minutes, i promise you will walk away thinking, "wow, that girl is ridiculous."
i cry at musicals. all musicals. i realize this makes me a loser but seriously, put me in the audience of a show and whether i've seen it once or 5 times, i will still shed some tears.
my favorite movie is "state and main" but no one else has heard of it. if you have heard of it and can watch it an endless amount of times like i can, then i want to meet you. not actually meet you, but i'd like to know that you at least exist.
i also watch frasier a lot. i have fallen desparately in love with dr. niles crane, but realize that he is a fictional character. still, no man will ever take his place.
i work at a summer camp that i have been going to since 1998. it's a huge part of who i am. i meet lots of wonderful people there, many of whom are from europe. i suggest that everyone spend a few weeks with someone from another culture at some point in your life. you'll learn a lot and so will they.
i go to suny new paltz. it's in mid-state new york -not upstate 'cause true upstaters will kill you for saying that - in case you were wondering. i've recently declared myself a creative writing major and one day, i would like to teach english and writing at the high school level, as well as drama. for now, i just hope this whole writing thing works out. i really don't know if i'm even any good.
i'm pretty much an open book, though i still have some serious trust issues. i don't know how it works out, but i does. i think that's all i have to say for now. see? told you i was ridiculous.
