SUMMER started acting, modeling, and dancing the Hula in Hawaii at 5 yrs old, found an interest in musical theater when she turned 7, and started her singing career at 8 yrs old. At 10, SUMMER had the honor of sharing the stage with Richard Chamberlain & Jan Maxwell in Hawaii Opera Theater's "THE KING & I" where she landed the lead role as Princess Ying Yaoalak. Musical productions that SUMMER was recently seen in Hawaii were ACT "HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL ON STAGE" and played Rapunzel in KPAC "INTO THE WOODS".
SUMMER is the 2008 Teen Division Winner of Hawaii's Al Waterson & You Singing Contest, Hawaii's Miss Pre-Teen 2008, and Aloha Tower Pre-Teen Miss 2008. In 2008 to 2009, SUMMER was the youngest host on Hawaii's Local TV show,
Brown Bags to Stardom on OC16tv
and guest host on
Stars of Tomorrow, Olelo TV.
