About Me

I'm on my way to a new me. The Grace of God has brought me this far, and I KNOW he didn't bring me this far to leave me. Every day presents a new lesson to be learned, a new story to be told, and a new chapter to be added to my testimony to the goodness of God. In my spiritual journey, I have lost friends that were not on the same path as God has put me on, but I have MADE a friend in myself- which is the best feeling in the world.I've come a long way from where I used to be, but to put it short- I'm in a state of transition for the better. I love people, I love conversation, and I love life- even the tough, stressful, painful, and sometimes unbearable times.I'm studying Sociology and Human Development at Howard University, poised to graduate and get on with my life in December of this year. My goal is to help keep some kids outta trouble one day.... and keep them from traveling the same path me and my brothers took... which ultimately led to my brother's untimely death... Rest in Peace Bezus... my best friend and big brother, and now, guardian angel....12/11/1981-9/14/2004. I love you, I miss you, and I'll NEVER forget u. God Bless

My Interests

First and foremost learning about God and growing in my relationship with Him. Then comes music, writing, singing, laughing, crying, living and loving life (not necessarily in that order) I also like to stay busy, so that's how i stay.

I'd like to meet:

people tryna better themselves like I am and do some good in this world--- its time to move past the drama and to get ourselves out of the darkness we've traveled into...
