High Street Project

Hello everyone! We are High Street Project, from Bethlehem PA. The band consists of Brandon Wellner and Matt Kehm formally of now departed Iglime. Now that the past is behind us, and a few months since we played together last, now a new beginning has started! We are looking forward to getting a demo or two out this fall and winter and hopefully play a show here and there in the area. Recording started so please come by and check the site out from time to time as we will be adding new tracks up for everyone to listen too. This project for us is a way to stay real to ourselves and the music we write, but at the same time stretching out of our normal comfort zone and experimenting with new intruments and sounds. We just recorded a five song demo on 8-31-08 and 9-1-08. The demo was recorded and mixed in an attic bedroom on High ST. Bethlehem PA. If anyone would like a copy contact us through our myspace. In the two days we spent recording and mixing this demo everything just seemed to fall in place, I believe that may be why it was done so fast because we def did not try and rush anything. This demo is new stomping ground for us two but at the same time we went back to our original roots when we first started Iglime, to mix it up with a new school sense of direction. The drum track for the song " NOT DEAD " is from our former drummer Josh Hitchings, which we would like to wish him the best of luck with all he has going on right now.
