My name is Lauren. "Sophia" is a nickname that one of my very best friends gave me my freshman year in college. (FYI- For "Sophia Loren".) I've never been able to lose my nickname, even after graduating and moving to a new city, so I've basically decided to stop trying. I went to high school in Maryland and Arizona, college in Tennessee, and now live outside of Washington, DC. Due to my father's career in the military, my family moved every two years until he eventually retired while I was in college. It was tough at times, but I am so thankful now that I was fortunate enough to live in several unique places, experience many different cultures, and meet great friends all across the country. Hence, I would love to reconnect with old friends from my past and possibly meet some new ones, too!!?
