Im Puerto Rican (yeah!) & Irish born and raised in New York City.
A little about me...In 2003, Jesus' dying on the cross actually meant something to me. I started going to church again and I began to understand that God loves us so much, He would literally die for us - for ME! Ever since then, I've been overwhelmed with what I've learned about God's love for us, His creation. Once I realized that Jesus/GOD paid for all my sins - past, present & future (!) & was willing to accept me & love me despite my flaws (!), FOREVER (!)
and offer me eternal life (!) eventhough I didn't deserve it, I was so grateful. I thanked Jesus Christ for dying in my place on the cross and asked Him to come into my heart and really be the Lord of my life. I repented and asked God for forgiveness for all the wrong sinful things I'd done & I really meant it.
Here I am, 5 years later and I'm happier than I've ever been. God is so faithful: helping, blessing & guiding me everyday.
I'd like to encourage you to find (and go to) an awesome church in your area, like a CALVARY CHAPEL
, that really teaches the Bible, so you can learn about who Jesus Christ/God truly is and what His Word says. Christianity is not always easy, it takes work, but if you trust Him, the reward will be more than worth it.
Why do I talk about God so much? - If someone saved your life, you would talk about them too.
