Who is Keenith?

I live just a few minutes outside of Atlanta, GA. I have a wonderful wife and 3 children. I am a person that loves helping others. Growing up, I always aspired to be "successful". Perhaps not always being able to have or get the things I wanted pushed me to be the best person I could possibly be.

Although my mom did the best she could to raise me and my two sisters, the fact is, I didn't grow up living in the best neighborhoods and being in the best situations. I took it upon myself to get my first job at age 14 in order to earn extra money. I just simply wanted MORE out of LIFE. I developed what I like to call a "Make it Happen" attitude. After graduating high school, I worked several odd jobs (that's all I knew to do)and did the whole family and marriage thing pretty young (which brings on even more necessity, right?). I always had the ability to cut hair. Don't know how, but barbering was just my thing. But I decided why not try styling hair also? More money...why not? So, I attended cosmetology school during the day, worked as an apprentice in a salon during the evening, and worked stocking shelves at a local grocery store at night. And my wife was my 24/7 practice client! What a champ! Anyway....later on I opened up two successful salons. ...Always Sieze Opportunity
Having an entrepreneurial spirit, I still wanted more. So, while doing a few renovation projects here and there, I developed an interest in building. So I began reading books in order to learn how to build homes. As God would have it, a developer came to my salon one day for a haircut. This was one of those "brain-picking" opportunities, so believe me, I took advantage of it. I finally got the nerve one day to go out to one of his job sites and ask him if I could work for him. He asked, "How much pay are you looking for?" I replied, "I'll work for FREE!" He quickly asked, "When can you start?" You see, I knew that the experience to work with him would be priceless. Shortly afterwards, I began to develop and build homes on my own. Later, I even opened a restaurant, a couple of other businesses, in fact, I did very well at them all and made a pretty good living for my family. But boy, was I busy! ...By the way, that developer that mentored me is now developing $$multi-million homes and subdivisons all across the country! Stick around--you'll meet him later.
