The Cow Gods

The CowGods are an international band (GB/FR/N), based in Rockcity Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The CowGods’ music is a blend of traditional and alternative Honky Tonk, Rock’n Roll, Bluegrass, Jazz, Western Swing, Twang and even Blues, with a double shot of Rockabilly thrown in a very energetic mix. The CowGods respect all kinds of traditional music, but they do not feel restricted by the regular boundaries. They just as easily combine acoustic guitars with a stand up bass as electric guitars with banjo and drums. The CowGods find it hard to classify their music precisely. If they have to, they call it: Honkabilly!
