..I have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I have a new roof, water heater, and interior paint! My bathrooms were completely updated this year as well! I have plenty of storage including an extra large hall closet, a pantry, a coat closet, separate laundry room, and an outside attached storage room with a steel door that's big enough for your lawn mower and much more. My favorite things to show off are my rear deck, fenced in back yard and my pond with ducks, turtles and fish. All of my appliances will stay including stacked washer / dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove / oven. I am close to everything in Myrtle Beach and you can get anywhere you need to go in less than 20 minutes(14 miles to the airport, 12 / beach, 13 / market common at withers preserve, 13 coastal grand mall, 14 / broadway at the beach, 11 / hard rock park, 5 / intercoastal waterway landing, 5 coastal carolina university). Did I mention my Fireplace with a beautiful hand carved and stained wood mantel; you've got to come see it for yourself! You will want to make an appointment to visit me because I have an alarm and like to make a lot of noise when I don't know someone.*** VIEW MAP ***
