i've been blessed with the opportunity to backpack through toronto, montreal, ottowa, and niagara. i've gone commando running through the streets of assissi in italy, walked for miles through rome, venice, florence, paris, chartres, madrid, and santiago de compostellas. i've showered in the rain in the fields of taize. in rouen, i've stood at the place where joan of arc was burned at the stake. i've missed the train 3 times to leave lourdes, even when i showed up an hour early, because a little girl prayed that i stay longer. i seen JP II a dozen times... and yet i'm still fascinated by his life.
i love my family. my little nieces and nephews are my greatest joys in life. i want to have my own one day if God wills it and if not, adoption would be great. God is the center of my life (at least i try to make Him). i love my guitar… even if i can’t play it quite as well as i’d like. i love the sounds of acoustic instruments.
one of my biggest weaknesses is my appetite. the cliché, "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach" might just apply to me. always trying new foods and i wanna try it even more if i have no idea what it is. when i see trees or plants with little berries and round pulps, the thought of eating it goes through my mind... and i start wondering if they’re edible. if i should die tomorrow, i would die a happy man… i've been blessed beyond anything i can imagine... God, love, life, family, friends... what more could you ask for?
