About Me

I was born sometime in the early eighties. The details of which escape me these days, I am pretty old after all. I like the smell of sawdust, but not wood, thats grrrross. I drink too many energy drinks. I "grew" up in LA. (I use the term "grow up" in the loosest way possible.) Then I joined the Air Force and went around the world a time or two. I met some great people, some of whome i really miss to this day. For realsies.

My Interests

Im into so many nerdy things. All things internet... I spend entirely too much time on wikipedia looking up random, obscure subjects from the honky tonk man to the cast of Mr Belvedere. I also enjoy a decent helping of 360 and PS3. but i have a healthy dislike of MMOs, but if you don't know what MMO actually means, I probably don't think that I like you either. Im a nerd, a very special someone tells me so all the time.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone that has a fine appreciation for all things wrestling, the discovery channel, Depeche Mode and other 80s synth bands, um, any of the fine ladies on G4 would be nice as well. No liberal pot smoking hippies please. I cant stand the smell of patchoulie... width="425" height="350" ..

Music:

I like most kinds of music, but i hate the radio. I mainly get my music from my ipod. I like DM, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Rage Against The Machine. Those are my top three. They mean alot to me and were the soundtrack to my life the last few years. Among others, I like Nelly Furtado, The Killers, Ladytron, The Cure, New Order, 2 Pac, and a bevy of others. The list is too long to name.

Movies:

Terminator 2, saving private ryan, cruel intentions, arificial intelligence, akira, conan, predator, the crow (used to be into the matrix, but the teenage neo wannabees running around in makeup and pleather trenchcoats pissed me off), goodfellas, freddy got fingered, indiana jones and ofcourse the usual tarantino and kevin smith films everyone always puts on their list. and ofcourse, STICK IT greatest movie about gymnastics ever.

Television:

mr belvedere, transformers, da ali g show, reno 911, family guy, and it goes without saying, simpsons, most shows on the discovery channel ( i guess that means im getting old).

Books:

TUCKER MAX, a cofederancy of dunces, the catcher in the rye, tom sawyer and huckleberry finn, anything by howard stern. books are underrated these days.

Heroes:

A hero isnt someone who sings a pretty song, or can make a 3 pointer, or throw a touchdown in the super bowl. A real hero is anybody that has lost their life defending the rights and freedoms that so many take for granted. Someone who has made the ultimate sacrifice is a hero to me.
