Bernie Clemens was born in New Jersey. He has had music in his blood since a very young age. Bernie is an extremely talented musician with a well rounded resume. His talents include song writing, composing his own music, and a pleasant voice which would make most stop and listen. Rock and roll runs through his veins, having worked with Steve Weir, of Day at the Fair on hard rock/metal projects. Since the birth of his son, Bernie has found the softer, more soulful side of his craft. His lyrics come from true life experiences, and the feeling behind them is ever so evident. Its music that everyone can relate to, and thats what attracts his audience. The connection between musician and listener is key here. The unique sound of his rich vocal laid out over the resonance of the guitar is unmistakably, Bernie Clemens. A touch of darkness combined with such strong emotion shines through in his vocals.Whether he's performing or creating new material, he is always full of energy and treats all aspects of music as a new adventure. The only way to share in the adventure is to stop and take a listen.
