Unspoken Word. Real name: K.J. Andreese. U.W born in the beatiful city of San Diego "I believe it means...a whales vagina", as quoted from Will Ferrel, who happens to be his all time favorite actor, along with steve carrel. Later state hopping from CA to NC, and NC to VA and from VA to his current home, Maryland. Anyways, Unspoken Word starting off with a $15 webcam equipped with a built in microphone started rapping when he was in the early 9th grade (VA), but writing poetry since the 6th (NC). "You know its funny, i was looking up some songs on windows media player, came across some sleazy instrumental that didnt even sound good, but i was inspired to write...i hooked up my webcam, brought up 'sound recorder' from my start menu, and did a freestyle, and that happens to be my first freestyle". "i was really unpopular back in the middle school and early high school days, but i didnt quit music, i was criticised a lot but i stuck with it, and no matter what, i was the first in my town of C-Burg to start it all, if not, then at least i was the first to do something with it". Now 5 years later, a graduating senior in the summer of June 11th, U.W has a unique style and the confidence of almost every rapper before him. "I can call myself a rapper, R.A.P = Rythm and Poetry, and i do just that, and i have the perks that come with being a rapper". U.W has a great communication with his fans, developed close relationships with almost everyone he knows. "The key to making it far is not just your lyrical content, or uniqueness...its your personality". Unspoken Word believes anyone can make it (it: being successful) so long as they push forward, doing something no one else would have the balls to pull of. "Hey, i used to be a coward when anyone said freestyle, rap, let me here something, i would make up some excuse not to, but, now, i dont think about it, i just up and start flowing, no matter if it comes out bad. i used to think, 'damn i dont know what my style of freestyling is' but once i did enough freestyles i got it down, nice and slow, if there is no beat the better i can freestyle". U.W is an all around kind-hearted, well thought out lyricist who always has something to say. Collaborating with almost every local emcee in Virginia to Maryland, naming Da Kid Dow, Jadon, Hotspot, International Circus, Addict and many others, U.W is pushing for his dreams to come true. "I pray everyday for new opportunities and when they come, i realize them, and i grab hold of it, I pray for wisdom as well, I have always been the person whom people come up to concerning music, i try to incorporate everything i see and comprehend into my music which has led me to be the artist I am."
