I just graduated from the Anderson School of Management at UNM in December 2007. That was my second time around at the University. After high school I lived in Washington state where I went to school at Wazzu. Go Cougs! From there I moved to Oregon. After a short stay in Eugene, I moved back to New Mexico. I grew up here and love my state, though I do look forward to settling down in another state when the time is right.
I just accepted an offer for employment locally within the same industry I currently work. I am very excited about the position. I am now managing Marble Brewery. Opening in late April, it will be a welcome challenge.
Here's a nonrandom list of things I like:
Music, Djembe drumming in the woods, the Outdoors,
Camping, New Mexico Sunsets, Purple, Red Delicious
Apples, Organic fruits and veggies, Trader Joe's, the
Pacific Northwest (especially Seattle), college
football, autumn leaves, stoney hikes, flying down MLK
[other than that time I got hit by a car], The Tap
Room, Great Beer (esp. IPAs), GABF, never feeling
intimidated downtown, free parking, SUV's that fit four
friends and all our ski equipment, to tele till I'm
smelly, the scent of spring on campus, being able to
ride my bicycle everyday, my brother family and
friends, meeting new people with whom I totally click,
a sensual kiss coupled with a (clandestine) ass pinch,
a spring romance, a picnic in the park, a groovy dog to
play with, going to Clark's for fish supplies, knowing
my way around Albuquerque, knowing a lot of really cool
people via the Tap Room, Ghetto Bones, always kicking
Leah's ass, talking way too much shit and getting
schooled, Chamisa Elementary ( C-Phoenix representing),
growing up in White Rock, being born in Pullman,
canoeing the Palouse with Sherm, the Palouse Moose,
Thursday nights at the Capricorn to see Stranger
Neighbor, Live shows that aren't at the sunshine, The
Gorge at George Washington, Shakedown Street, touring
Rainbow Gatherings for many summers, my Zebra Van and
its crew, Forest Service dirt roads labeled only with a
number and small brown sign, always finding a camp spot
in the nick of time, going where I've never been,
living to tell about it, telling stories of days past,
making stories for days tomorrow. Fuck Ya!!!
Ok, because of my current mood, here is a random list of shit I hate
Thieves! I FUCKING HATE THIEVES, shitty drivers, people who don't use their turn signals (ibid), drivers who are oblivious to cyclists, republican liars who've fucked up the world, w and his cronies, cheney and rummy (not worthy of CAPS), unjustified violent aggression, democrates who are too chicken shit to stand up for what they believe in, right wing ultra conservative rednecks who are fucking clueless...ok, when I started this I thought there'd be more, but mostly fucking thieves! Fuck those assholes!
