About Me

Interfaith understanding
and a spirit of brotherhood between cultures
has become more urgent for world peace
than ever before.
More peace education and interfaith programs are crucial for
reversing the trend towards
our mutual destruction.

OUR PROGRAMS AND AIMS:

Establish A Museum of World Religions [usa] Establish An Interfaith Monastery On Site Promote Peace Education Increase Spiritual Literacy and Inspire A New Generation of Peace Workers

Monks Without Borders is a nonprofit organization and growing international association of monks, priests, rabbis, and ministers, from all over the world; but is also open to all other professions. Monks Without Borders observes political neutrality and impartiality in the name of humanitarian assistance.
We realize that religious tolerance and a spirit of friendship between cultures has become more urgent for world peace than ever before. More peace education and interfaith programs are crucial for reversing the trend towards our mutual destruction.
Equipped with the intention to embody unconditional love, and with the resolve to teach peace by demonstrating it, we contribute whatever we can, wherever we happen to be, ever committed to a world that works for everyone.
Establishing America's First
MUSEUM of World Religions
Have you ever noticed that there is no Museum of World Religions, in America? Fortunately there is a plan in motion to create such a place.
People everywhere seem to love the idea of a Museum of World Religions being made available to them, right here in the United States of America. Every day, it seems like we're inundated with news about the Global Village, the Global Economy, the Global Marketplace. People are beginning to see that the world is, in various ways, interconnected. A Museum of World Religions will offer a wonderful opportunity for people to understand their world, both ancient and emerging, in the context and through the eyes of various spiritual traditions.
As you can imagine, raising the money required to complete a permanent Museum location could take several years. In the meantime, the organizers are using breakthrough web technologies to create an ONLINE museum experience.
Both the virtual and the actual exhibits will give you access to Creation Stories, Afterlife Realms, End Times Prophecies, Peace Prayers, Sacred Music, and much more!
The exhibits will also give you the opportunity to explore a variety of spiritual practices. Imagine being able to participate in Buddhist Meditation, Sufi Whirling, or take part in group Hindu Chanting. New religious, spiritual and cultural experiences will await you at every turn!
The Museum of World Religions will make your experience completely interactive and educational, so whether you would like to learn about the prophecies of the Hopi, the music of the Hindus, or the creed of the Zoroastrians, we have more than enough to enlighten your senses and fill your mind with wonder!
Top choices for location are currently Los Angeles, Seattle, and Portland. Opening day is currently intended to coincide with global celebrations of the beginning of a new era, December 21st, 2012.
