If you've ever questioned whether or not the God of the Bible is real then feel free to read on and I'll share a couple miracles with you. Jesus Christ is still in the healing business! All my life I've had to live with the fact that if it weren't for the healing power of Jesus I probably wouldn't be here. Let me explain...when I was born, my mom had been told that she wouldn't be able to have a baby bigger than my sister without having a cesaerian, my sister was only 4 lbs 12 oz. Around the time that I was to be delivered my mom was told by her new doctor that she could have me naturally. Well, as forwarned by the previous doctor, I got stuck on the way out and was too far down to perform a cesaerian so my mom had to push me out. By the time I was out, I was very badly crushed and the doctors said 'if' I survived I would spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair and my brain and body would not function properly. Devastating news for my parents, all they ever wanted was to have a healthy girl and boy. That night, not being able to fall asleep, my mom was laying in her hospital bed praying, crying and asking God why this would happen. Her mom had always told her that people could hear the voice of God just like in Biblical times but she couldn't believe what she heard while praying. She heard someone say "Scott is going to be O.K." At this point, I think she thought she was losing it but then she heard it again..."Scott is going to be O.K." Well, to make a long story short, the doctor came into the room the next morning and said "We can't explain what happened last night but your son's body is functioning as it should, his limbs are going to work properly and his head is taking shape and we see no signs of brain damage." So, all my life when I've been struggling with the things that life throws at me I've always had to look to Jesus and remember what He did for me.
