According to the band's publicist, Felix Winebolt, Pat & Jeff seemingly fell from the sky one day during a recording session. Greg, Danny, and Michael were so impressed with their playing, they asked them to join the band. Jeff (bass) and Pat (keyboards) have never given any indication as to their past. Who cares when you bring their kind of musicality?
