I LOVE Allah! and the Ahlul Bait. Reading, writing and receiving letters that actually come via the postal service (remember those?); LaMarck , Gardens and fresh green vegetables, Avocados!! lunching at the latest veggie restaurant with a few good friends. Chocolate (which is a food group). The coo of a newborn, 5 month old babies. Meeting sisters and through the various Muslim communities. I believe the hadith that Allah has made cures for every ailment except old age and death and wholeheartedly believe and study the healing power of herbs, homeopathy, acupuncture, reflexology, massage therapies, etc.
DISLIKES
television; gossipy, whiney, nosey females; gossipy, whiney, nosey males; folks who think they know what i believe as a shia and then condemn me for what they think they know, Muslims who don't return salaams, the disordered state of Islamic affairs/Muslims, bureaucracy, the fear of birth modern society instills in women, medicalized birth, phoniness, bigots, Muslim haters, the fact that there are homeless, hungry people in the US of A, illegal WARS!, the new anti-semitism which is this "war on Islam," Terrorism (especially by those who claim to be fighting it)
