What is Showthemforbc?
Show Them for B.C. is a subsidiary of the STFBC Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that aims to raise awareness about breast cancer and funds for those already affected by it. Show Them for B.C. takes an unusual approach to fundraising by tapping into a demographic untouched by most breast cancer foundations; tasteful nudity. Some call it controversial, others call it brilliant, and we call it pro-active! The plan is to provide tasteful and respectable photographs of the things we are all trying to save without losing the value of the lives and concerns behind the people in them.
How does it work?
Over time we will gather pictures of women showing thier breasts with thier consent, where we will place them on the site, and for a small monthly donation people can come look at the pics. We will have girls of the month, updated pictures, and volunteers in different cities and states to keep the donators coming back.
The STFBC Foundation will be also putting together other means of fundraisers, walks, and events.
How do you donate?
There are many types of donations. Women can donate thier pictures, apply to be a girl of the month, if it's not for you you can donate your time to spread the word about us either by telling your friends or volunteering, and of course you can join the site.
