I am here for Friends

About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorTall, Tattooed, Titanium-haired chick
...into arts and other creative nonsense.
^ That's all it used to say - until it was pointed-out to me (repeatedly)
that it didn't "say" much about me. O.K. so, fine...
I'm an Interior Decorator, self-employed,
and for the most part, very busy.
There are slow times though, (usually clients getting financially organised) that I find myself with time to plunk around on the 'puter. I'm also an Ex-Peeler...that's right, I was a Stripper for almost 6 years, so make whatever assumptions you will....LOL. I used to be a Florist way back when, too - though no one seems half as fascinated by that.
I lived in a major metropolitan city for 16 years and saw some crazy-ass shit...was involved with the fetish parties that sprung-up in the late 80's, early 90's....worked in the Film Biz as a set designer, and met all kinds of eccentric & famous folks
Then one day, I'd had enough of a relationship that just couldn't seem to work, and I made a RASH move back to the small town I grew-up in - and here I am.
Happy in the *Great White North*.
Who'd have believed it?
I love Lefty - my idiot dog,
despite the fact that he behaves BADLY more than I'd like.
I have an AMAZING husband - StevO
who I married last August,
because he is my bestest friend, and a damn cool guy
Seriously. I say that without cringing, because it took me what seems like
FOR-FUCKING-EVER to find a good person, and I appreciate him more than I can express in writing.
Sappy? Whatever....I know a good thing when I got it.
hey...take a second to support creative self-employed folks and maybe even have a laugh at a T-shirt or 2!

My Interests

Painting & decorating (obviously)

Pin-Up girls,
Cooking (but NOT cleaning)
Photography,
FireBreathing,

(well - that's more of an odd habit, really)
watching my man chop motorcycles,
(then coming-up with themes to paint them)
Gardening & fiddling with my houseplants.
Walking - A LOT
usually with that big stoopid hound of mine...
Oddly enough, I rather enjoy watching combat sports Tattoos (both designing and bearing them)
and, (should go without saying) mucking about on the computer

I'd like to meet:

oh, well..just other like-minded folks
for company here at the studio, while I'm watching paint dry - LOL
and, you'd think this would be basic common sense to most,
but, please don't send me a friend request if
you're just looking to "up your numbers",
or if we haven't even exchanged "hellos" in the Forums, o.k?
I'm very unlikely to accept random add requests.
especially from men who can't seem to read the part where is says
*IN A RELATIONSHIP*

......jeez!

BAH - the bulk of it's uselesss...I opted NOT to get cable, because I thought I'd get more reading done - HA!
I just rent more movies,
and spend more time on this *^!$%!!! computer
...Back when I *did* have T.V.
I was a bit of a Discovery channel nerd,
and of course, the Food Network. I could watch that channel all day. YaY COOKING!
I like Biography on A&E, and anything of historical/archeological interest.
I'm not much for drivel with a laughtrack...
