About Me

I'm all about having agood time! I'm an avid die hard snowboarder and i just can't get enough. I love going out to live shows in Hollywood/Long Beach/Pasadena, local music is where it's at! I ♥ hiphop! I frequent the Whisky, the Echo, the Roxy, the Troubadour, House of Blues, Key Club, The Vault 350, and the Terrace. I have been a huge supporter of local music since my big bro started his first band when I was 10, I never looked back. I have been raised to be a groupie and I've been one since I can remeber! If I were to ever write an autobiography it would be titled "I was raised to be a groupie and it's not my fault". My friend Travis (Word Girl) calls me Portia "I'm with the band" Medina. I love to go dancing and go out to clubs in Hollywood from time to time. I carry a pack of bubble gum on my person at all times. My friends are very important to me and so is my family. I try to surround my self with people that are honest, loving, loyal, genuine, and sincere. I am empowered and uncomfortable at the same time, I am independent and afraid of being alone, I am trusting to a fault, I am extremely unpredictable before 10am, I love cashews, I am sentimental and pretty damn cheesy. I've been told I'm a crier, I'm a total sap, I love to cry in a cheesy movie, in the dark with puffy eyes and snot on your sleeve because you've run out of napkins and you can't stop crying and a cute boy holding your hand tightly. I'm not afraid to show how I feel, I wear my heart on my sleeve most of the time. I hate confrontation, I will do almost anything to avoid it. I am not an angry or mean person, it's just not in my nature. I do however have an attitude problem at times and I've discovered that I can be a real bitch sometimes. I have a good sense of humor although I am not especially quick witted. I can appreciate sarcasm although I tend not to be too sarcastic. I am gullable and as a result of this I am frequently the butt of many jokes. I want to save the world or at least make a difference in as many peoples lives as possible before I die. I was born and raised in the west San Fernando Valley and I am like, totally a valley girl through and through. I also have a strange obsession with all things from the UK; be it boys, movies, clothes, stamps - and I was like...yeah, whateva!

Complete nerd alerts, people who aren't afraid to speak their mind and stand for what they believe in ~ if you don't stand for something you'll fall for anything, people who will yell obscenities out of car windows at random people on the street with me, people that aren't afraid to be themselves and reveal themselves, being sincere and genuine are two qualities that I highly value in a person, anyone with a modicum of integrity, and someone with a brain larger than a walnut!

I don't really watch TV much. Eli Stone is my new favorite show. And re-runs of Family Guy as I am just discovering the genius that is Family Guy.I've watched Scrubs a few times and love it! I'm not fanatical about tele shows. I used to be really into The Kids in the Hall and The State back in the day. I've got better things to do with my time, really!
