I seriously love all you kids.
I play a bunch of pop songs that might insinuate that I am a sad boy, but I am totally pretty happy and I know that, deep down, my songs are too. I know that I sometimes butcher foreign languages, but I think it's okay.
I am also in another not-band called antlion . Sometimes.
These songs here are kind of silly. I have album worthy songs on an, uh, album. If you want. The link to buy it is above here. If you didn't notice.
B-side extravaganza!
A Constant Companion (Demo) - This song is about important things. I mean, you know? You know what I'm saying? Important. You know?
The Running Scene (Demo) - This is a rock song. It has a regular guitar part and then sometimes there is a riff line and then I go "rweer" a lot for the solo kind of parts.
Elouise, Yeah Right - This is a rough version of the other Elouise song. It is decidedly upbeat and was going to be on Don't Ever Stop until I decided that the album would primarily be a down-tempo affair.
Robot Song - I wrote this song a really long time ago? Maybe not. I played acoustic guitar and sang while mal did the other stuff. This is on the remastered Awkward Songz now.
It is possible that these songs are listened to best while you are drunk.

If I had to stop and reevaluate why I write and record songs anymore, I would probably come to the conclusion that it was all just a very self-centered and nerve-wracking experience. I listen to my own songs all the time because I am a horrible person. Most of the time I can't help but think how ridiculous they are and then I trick myself into thinking that, no, this song isn't too depressing or whiney because, I mean, one of those metaphors is actually in reference to Mario Kart: Double Dash - which is awesome, right?
I think I'm giving you more information than any musician should ever give a listener. I guess. I mean, maybe I'm just tricking you.
Also, just to warn you, I don't rhyme very much in these songs. So, if you get upset by that sort of thing, my songs are probably not for you.
Also, drawings and musical updates at the livejournal thing.
