Let's see...Im married to a guy named Chris. We only knew each other for 3 1/2 weeks before getting married (yes- Im serious, and probably crazy). It was one of those spontaneous moves that worked out for the best, seeing as we've been happily married since June 14, 2005.
I have two kids. My daughter is from my first marriage (from 99'-02') and my son is Chris and I's. Im a stay home Mom and love having the opportunity to be here for all of their accomplishments over the years. I will most likely be heading back to work in 6 months or so, since my son is going to be needing more interaction with children his own age soon.
I will not be providing much public info about my kiddos on here. I don't want people that I don't know getting onto my page and finding out any personal info (names, ages, etc.) about them- too many weirdos out there. The only info I will give will be provided in their personal albums, which are only viewable by those on my friend list.
Anyway, we live in Monterey, California due to Chris's career. He is currently in the Air Force and is working as a Military Training Leader here for the next 3 1/2 years. Hopefully after this assignment is up we will be separating from the military and living a normal life. As of now, we are planning on remaining in Monterey (if we are able to separate from the military), but I guess that will depend upon the job opportunities available when the time comes.
We love the Monterey area. It is so gorgeous and the beach is only minutes away from our house. In fact, I can drive only one minute from my house and see a large expanse of the ocean- which I LOVE : ) . I
