Ghost Hunters, Incorporated is a paranormal adventuring team that formed in northeastern Pennsylvania during the late 90's. Since it's inception, it has grown to become an international organization with outposts in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Ontario.
For ten years, GHI has remained one of the most innovative and passionate entities in the paranormal community, all the while remaining completely independent, a rarity in the current generation of "cut-and-paste" "ghost hunters". From the very beginning, GHI has continued to strive for a more humorous, sanity-friendly (skeptical?) approach to the topic of the unexplained. No ridiculous "international standards", no "para-celebrity mentors", and no phony "certification". Just four regular people (and one crazy bigfoot hunter) with an insatiable appetite for seeking out and documenting the weird. Over the past decade, GHI has been out on literally hundreds of these adventures in order to visit locations or meet with individuals known for their connections to occult topics such as hauntings, religious cults, demonic possession, UFO's and crop circles, cryptozoology, and just about anything that can be lumped into the category of "strange". The result of these adventures are documented and shared with the world via written summaries, video releases, public interaction, and various other methods of circulation.
These uniquely humorous and equally informative outings have led members of the team to be, separately as well as collectively, the focus of two full-length documentaries, a twelve episode television series, several speaking tours, as well as book entries, radio interviews, and various other media pieces... but that's only the beginning.
