Went trail riding at rampart for the first time. 40-50 mile trail run at the end, totally kicked ass.

Started about 28th, only made it to 12th. Realy weak. I was kinda hoping to get into the 59's at PPIR. Instead I only managed a 1:00.9. Shit! And that was on Saturday, not Sunday :(
