One of the biggest games of the SWAC football season involves Southern University versus Jackson State University and this year Jackson State hosts with home field advantage at the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium in Jackson, MS. The city literally swells over 50,000 extra people to watch this highly anticipated football game.
This year Goldmine Films and Dread Bred Entertainment planned one of the biggest events for the Southern versus Jackson State Football Game, called the Southern VS Jackson State Pre-Game Takeover. The Southern VS Jackson State Pre-Game Takeover will be held Friday October 3rd, 2008 at Fanatics (2106 Raymond Rd. Jackson, MS).
