Iridology~~~~~~~
Every part of the body is physically linked to the eye by the nervous system. This makes it very easy to "see" weaknesses and abnormalities of each system of the body long before they may be manifested by undesirable symptoms or dis-ease. Iridology helps you to identify and interpret these indications. An Iridology reading will consist of iris decoding and encompass natural approaches to support any weaknesses that are identified.Usui Reiki Ryoho Master Teacher~~~~~~~
I think Wikpedia did an awesome job of describing the derivation of name of Reiki: mysterious/ spiritual atmosphere; supernatural and miraculous chi (energy); gas, air, breath; spiritual energy force; Simplified from the Chinese characters- rei ling ki which means raindrops or rain making steam rising from cooking rice. Other translations from the Japanese-English Dictionary include an atmosphere (feeling) of mystery; an ethereal atmoshpere or spiritual presence; Reiki is a system of enlightenment and hands on healing art developed in the early 1900's by Mikao Usui after 21 days of fasting and meditation on Mt. Kurama in Japan. Mikao received the ability of healing without energy depletion. Reiki is Just for today, I shall trust Just for today, I shall do my work honestly Just for today, I shall accept my many blessings Just for today, I shall respect the rights of all life forms Just for today, I shall be at peace.
Raindrop Therapy~~~~~~~

This healing modality provides a revolutionary means of bringing balance and harmony to the body - physically, mentally, and emotionally. We utilize only the best, Young Living Essential Oils, which are 100% therapuetic grade. Seven Single Oils: Thyme, Basil, Peppermint, Oregano, Wintergreen, Cypress and Marjoram. Two Oil Blends: Valor® & Aroma Seiz™, Ortho Ease® Aromatherapy Massage Oil and V-6™ Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex.
Aromatherapy~~~~~~~
Essential oils stimulates the powerful sense of smell. It is known that odors we smell have a significant impact on how we feel. In dealing with patients who have lost the sense of smell, doctors have found that a life without fragrance can lead to high incidence of psychiatric problems such as anxiety and depression. We have the capability to distinguish 10,000 different smells. It is believed that smells enter through cilia (the fine hairs lining the nose) to the limbic system, the part of the brain that controls our moods, emotions, memory and learning.Studies with brain wave frequency has shown that smelling lavender increases alpha waves in the back of the head, which are associated with relaxation. Fragrance of Jasmine increases beta waves in the front of the head, which are associated with a more alert state.Scientific studies have also shown that essential oils contain chemical components that can exert specific effects on the mind and body. A 45 minute aromatherapy session can be effective for the following: anxiety, psychosomatic induced problems, menopause, digestive disorders. Clinical studies have proven aromatherapy to be effective with sleep disorders, postpartum discomfort, colds, stress and male sexual response. Guided Imagery Meditation~~~~~~~
Guided imagery is a way to use our powers of creative imagination, which can be much more immediate and effective than analytical thinking.Guided Imagery is a convenient and simple relaxation technique that can help you quickly and easily manage stress and reduce tension in your body. It’s virtually as easy as indulging in a vivid daydream and, with practice, this technique can help you to better access your inner wisdom.
Chakra Balancing~~~~~~~
With simple tools like crystals, gemstones, pendulum and energy work we assess the condition of each of the 7 major energy centers, clear any blockages (that if unblocked manifest as dis-ease in the body) and balance them. What are chakras you may ask? Chakras are our energy centers. These openings allow our life energy to flow into and out of our aura. The seven major chakras are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions.Chakras are invisible to the human eye, but they can be perceived intuitively by trained energyworkers.
Sanskrit Name: Muladhara Location: Base of Spine Color: RedThe root chakra is the grounding force that allows us to connect to the earth energies and empower our beings. The root chakra is related to the anus and the adrenal glands. When poorly grounded, your spatial understanding is impaired. You may stumble around physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Grounding enhances your ability to function effectively on a day-to-day basis.
Sanskrit Name: Swadhisthana Location: Lower Abdomen Color: OrangeA well-functioning sacral chakra helps maintain a healthy yin-yang balance. Although the sacral chakras is primarily considered the sexual energy center, it is also the center where individual creativity resides.
Sanskrit Name: Manipura Location: Naval Color: YellowThe solar plexus chakra defines our self-esteem. The personality (EGO) that develops during puberty is housed in this chakra. The solar plexus is the driving force to act and to complete the conceptualization, the visualization that we have in our lives. It is where we find the human talent of commitment.
Sanskrit Name: Anahata Location: Heart Color: Green or PinkThe heart chakra is considered to be the love center of our human energy system. Among others, love, heartbreak, grief, pain, and fear, are all emotions that are felt intensely within this energy vortex. For this reason, energy-based therapies that focus on balancing the heart chakra are often the purest healing. Learning self-love is a powerful initiative to undertake in order to secure and maintain a healthy heart chakra. The heart stands at the center of all energies and unifies our being as a whole. It is the point around which all the energies turn. A discord or imbalance in the heart chakra will adversely effect all the other centers. A clearing of the heart chakra will improve the interaction of all the other centers. It is important to maintain a balance to all the energy centers so a healthy level of awareness is manifested in our everyday lives.
Sanskrit Name: Vishuddha Location: Throat Color: Sky BlueThe throat chakra is our voice center. It is through our spoken word that we express ourselves to others. The healthfulness of this chakra is signified by how openly and honestly a person expresses himself or herself. A challenge to the throat chakra is for us to express ourselves in the most truthful manner. Falsehoods and half-truths energetically pollute the throat chakra. This behavior violates both our bodies and spirits. Repressing our anger or displeasure by ignoring our feelings through evasive sweet talk, or silence, will manifest into throat imbalances such as strep throat, laryngitis, speech impediments, and so on.
Sanskrit Name: Ajna Location: Brow Color: IndigoThe third eye chakra is also called "brow chakra." Our mental calculations and thinking processes are functions of the third eye chakra. We are able to evaluate our past experiences and life patterns and put them into perspective through the wisdom of the third chakra's actions. Our ability to separate reality from fantasy or delusion is connected to the healthfulness of this chakra. It is through a receptive brow chakra that auric hues and other visual images are intuited clairvoyantly.
Sanskrit Name: Sahasrara Location: Top of Head Color: White or VioletWhen functioning optimally, the crown chakra allows inner communications with our spiritual nature to take place. The opening in the crown chakra (located in the same area as the soft spot on a baby's head) serves as an entryway wherein the Universal Life Force can enter our bodies and be dispersed downward into the lower six chakras housed below it. This chakra is often depicted as a lotus flower with its petals open to represent spiritual awakening. The crown chakra could also be considered the bottomless well from which intuitive knowledge is drawn.

Naturopathic practice includes many different modalities and practitioners emphasize a holistic approach to patient care, and may recommend patients use conventional medicine alongside their treatments. Naturopaths prefer to use natural remedies such as herbs and foods rather than surgery or synthetic drugs.

BIO ENERGETIC SYNCHRONIZATION TECHNIQUEB.E.S.T. is a non-forceful, energy balancing hands on procedure used to help reestablish the full healing potential of the body. Understanding the body makes no mistakes regarding health and longevity, B.E.S.T. principles acknowledge the concept of Interference we create with our conscious mind. This Interference caused imbalance in the autonomic nervous system leading to exhaustion of our organ systems over time. Physical B.E.S.T. is based on scientific principles utilizing light pressure contacts on the surface of the body to address parasympathetic and sympathetic imbalances. When expressed in the intrinsic muscles of the spine as a Chiropractic Subluxation, pinched nerve, or muscle spasm, this pattern of imbalance can lead to symptoms of discomfort and loss of function throughout the entire body. Physical B.E.S.T. offers a non-force way to update patterns of stress and discomfort which have been surfacing in both acute pain and chronic conditions. The physical B.E.S.T. procedure is administered in the prone position, utilizing the prone leg check, palpating the spinal muscles, and subsequently holding pressure points along the spine, sacrum, and skull. When muscles are balanced and the updated pattern restored, spinal muscle spasm, vertebral subluxation, and nerve pressure are removed. Patients/clients often experience immediate relief from symptoms and completely enjoy the painless approach to health and wellness. The body can heal itself if just given the opportunity. The pattern unlocks the power and B.E.S.T. is about identifying the pattern and unlocking the power within each of us. Emotional B.E.S.T. utilizes advanced technology developed to update higher brain interference from expression in the physical body. When emotional thoughts such as worry, guilt, fear, judgment, to name just a few, become the overriding factor in our memory patterns, interference with the divine plan for our perfect health and wellness becomes the norm. This interference, formulated by conscious thought which in turn becomes a pattern, prevents the true expression of our physical bodies healing capability. Emotional B.E.S.T. is an advanced procedure to help identify this emotional pattern, update the interference, and then allow the body to function based on current situations rather than past experiences. This is the core of B.E.S.T. technology. This is the pattern for health and wellness. The pattern unlocks the power. This procedure can be utilized by both practitioners and patients depending on their level of expertise and usually takes between 5-15 minutes to complete.BACH FLOWER REMEDIESThe Bach Flower Remedies were created by a Harley Street doctor, Edward Bach, in the 1930s. His Philosophy, " A healthy mind ensures a healthy body", was ahead of it’s time when you consider that today more and more medical experts are acknowledging the links between our mental and physical health.Dr. Bach devised a system of seven major emotional groups under which people could be classified, such as Fear, Uncertainty or Loneliness. He categorised 38 negative states of mind under these groups. Then using his knowledge of homoeopathy, Dr. Bach formulated a plant or flower based remedy to treat each of these emotional states – these are the unique Bach Flower Remedies. The Bach Flower Remedies are 38 plant and flower based remedies, each one specially devised to treat a different feeling. They help you to manage the emotional demands of everyday life, the kind of feelings that affect everyday life in the 90s.They are the original flower remedies made according to the exact traditions of Dr. Edward Bach. The Bach Flower Remedies work by stimulating the body’s own capacity to heal itself, by balancing negative feelings, helping you to take control, feel good about yourself, and get more out of life.
