About Me
I was born on July 31st, 1985, in Madrid. At the age of 6 years, music started to arouse my interest. Although I would have preferred to learn percussion, I started playing the piano. During the following five years I kept on learning piano, music theory, harmony, etc. One day, tired of classic methods, I give up the piano lessons. Two years later I reunited with music, this time to get drum lessons – finally! A year after, aged fourteen, I formed my first band –called Agadhen- which covered hard rock legendary songs. During these years, I collaborated with several bands of different styles. In the summer of 2000, and at the age of 15, I formed my first metal band: Aletheia. We made our first two gigs (first of mine too) and we started to write our own songs. Two years later I recorded with Aletheia my first demo: “The Reasonâ€. Aletheia broke up at the beginning of 2005 when I decided to abandon the band to create a new project with some of its members. With several songs already composed, Ache For was born. For almost a year me and the rest of the band composed more songs up to the summer of 2007, when we recorded 7 of them –included in the “Some Notes about Grief†maxi. After some changes in the band’s original formation and not many gigs, I entered Infernoise last April 2008, whilst I kept on composing new songs for Ache For and collaborating with other bands. During the months of May, June and July I was playing with Infernoise all around Spain but also in Germany on June 7th. The band signed a 3 album deal at the end of 2008 summer with Locomotive Records. Infernoise's first album was out in Europe (except Spain) on October 2008 (February 2009 in USA). At that days I broke up with Infernoise and I decided, finally, to move to sweden. On January 2009 I arrived to Sweden to create a brand new project with bass and keyboard players of Ache For (living in Sweden too) called Thornpath. Now I'm composing new tunes, stronger than ever, as well as seeking for the rest of the members. You'll have nice news about it soon!
