Hi everyone,
This is my new Myspace page to keep in touch and keep you up-to-date. Right now I'm training my arse off.....literally... on Dancing With the Stars.
Henry from Ch.10's So You Think You Can Dance is my superstar dance partner and cracking the whip to get me ready for the competition. I'm having a ball but it's hard work and my muscles are aching from head to toe. When I'm not dancing I'm soaking in the bath and demanding foot rubs from my husband! Oh, and writing this page, of course.
I'll tell you all the juicy gossip from the behind the scenes of DWTS so stay tuned.....
until then, much love, Tonixxx
As a little girl Toni attended tap classes and the Linda Keene Talent School where she dabbled in some dance, singing and acting.
Pearen became the darling of Australian television in 1989 when she landed the role of Toni Windsor on the Australian soap E Street. She played the role until 1992 when she left to pursue her music career.
After leaving E Street, Pearen shot to the top of the Australian pop scene with two consecutive gold hits, 'In Your Room' and 'I Want You'.
She also starred in A Country Practice and the US production JAG. Toni has appeared in many theatre productions nationally including playing Cinderella in 'Cinderella' at the Palais Theatre in Melbourne.
She returned to television in 1994 as Beth Armstrong in Home and Away, as well as a string of feature films, including the gender-bending rom-com All Men Are Liars. Toni has also hosted Red Music Television, Video Smash Hits and Coca Cola Take 40.
Most recently, Pearen was the host of Australia's Funniest Home Video Show from 2003 until 2008, and one of Australia's most recognised and adored faces.
