About Me

Okay for starters I'm not good at all this writing crap....especially about myself.Lets start with what I do to make the pay check!! I'm a pastry chef at a Tacoma Catering Company and I love it. Working hard for somthing that you love is extreamly essential in my life, I thrive on work. I graduated from South Seattle Community college in spring of 2004. Got my first Job at a resort and spa with a 4 or 5 star restaurant. I didn't care for the atmosphere so I decided to move on with my job exploration and started to work at the catering company. I make wedding cakes and other specialty pastries on the side for extra money. I seriously couldn't imagine myself doing anything else for a living. I honestly beleive that you should do somthing you love to make money since you spend at last 85% of your life doing it. I'm not a person who could sit behind a desk and answer the phone, I'm pretty sure i would end up getting fired if that was my job.I also beleive that your only young once so live your life accordingly. Don't rush things and make life dessictions because you feel you have to. You don't! Make sure that every decistion is right for YOU. I live life with the attitude that life is designed to make mistakes and to learn from them, I feel that you learn from life it self. Having a balance between work and fun is always a must. listen to good music that always has some sort of meaning to it....good or bad. Some of my favorites are Jack Johnson, Tom Petty and the heartbreakers, Cake, The cranberries. My Interests

My interests include but are not limited to the following: cooking, baking, reading, hiking, shopping at the thrift store or the mall, food shopping, going out with friends, listening to good music, hanging out with kids/family/friends,road trips, snow skiing, expensive wine and cheese (actually thats gonna have to be my favorite thing to do, but i don't get to do it offten enough), pericings, and tatoos. Talking/ having sex is fun too.

I'd like to meet:

I like spending time with people that inspire me,understand me and trust me. Because of what I do for a living the above things have to be a must in any relationship/friendship Im involved in. I don't have a lot of free time, I work when most people are out playing around. I work most weekedns and Holidays so when i get a free second I like to relax with some one that dosn't stress me out. People who are creative in their own sence tend to be interesting to me. Also the outdoors is the playground of our lives so playing out in it is very fun and exciting for me, pleaple that also think like that are people that you can find me hanging out with..

Music:

I don't limit myself to any sort of music. I like most stuff to a certin limit. However I'm not extremly into heavy metal or rap but I will compermise if need be. Some of my favorites are Jack Johnson, Tom Petty, The Cranberries, Johnny Cash, Matchbox 20, oldies but goodies,cake,and yes some country. All though i know what kind of music I like I'm not good at naming songs or the singers. Just like I don't know very many actors names or anything about them but I know who I like.

Movies:

My favorite all time moves are Top Gun and Dirty Dancing.

Television:

I only watch TV when I'm at my parents house, so that boils down to like never. But when I do watch TV....I like to watch old school shows from the early 90's like; Fresh prince, Rosanne, Who's the Boss and the list goes on and on. I know I'm kind of a retard....But I don't care.

Books:

My favorite author right now is Charles Bukowski. Some books of his are: Post Office, Woman, Ham on Rye, Hollywood. He writes pomes as well.

Heroes:

My Dad....he's fucking awsome!!!!
