...EVERYONE and i mean EVERYONE has BLUE DAYS!!!!,Those miserable days when you feel lousy, grumpy,lonely, and utterly exhausted... Days when you feel small and insignificant, when everything seems just out of reach!!! Those days when you feel HURT, FRUSTRATED and EXTREMELY ANXIOUS!!!! WE ALL BEEN THROUGH IT!!!! But what can we do?. Right?.... Well... First, STOP SLINKING away from all those nagging issues. ITS TIME TO FACE THE MUSIC... Now, just relax. Take some deep breaths (in through the nose and out through the mouth)... Try to meditate if you can, or maybe yoga?....lol..lol..lol. Or go for a walk to clear your head... or Vacation!!!! Do something different!!!!!... but really important... accept the fact that you'll have to let go of some emotional baggage!...AND DO IT!!!!!!! Try seeing things from a different perspective!!!! Maybe you're actually the one at fault. If that's the case, be big enough to say you're sorry ( IT'S NEVER TO LATE TO DO THIS).... ~~~... Be proud of who you are, But don't lose the ability to laugh at yourself...Live everyday as if it were your last, because one day it will be!!!!...PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR TIME, NOR MAKE OTHER LOSE THEIR!!! LIFE IS TOO SHORT!!!! TIME IS THE ONE THING YOU NEVER, EVER, EVER GET BACK!!!!....Don't Be afraid to bite more than you can chew, TAKE BIG RISKS!!!!... NEVER... NEVER.. hang back. GET OUT THERE AND GO FOR IT!!!! After all, Isn't that what life is all about?...... Remember... You're only young once and you're never old twice!!!.... But best of all.... remember there's Romance!!! and love!!! and the opportunity to fall "IN LOVE"
