THE ILLEGO ALIENZ are here to show the music world a thing or two about unity. As MVP & STREZZ FREE's back band, it is a vehicle for them (as producers/rappers/songwriters) to experiment with the blending of many musical styles and influences.
Originating as a concept in the mind of Ground Up's CEO, Illego Alienz, have been on the grind, transmitting Technicolor postcards from the barrios its members once called home.
The year is 2006, and these guys have the nerve to carry the name, ILLEGO ALIENZ, at a time when unity is the slogan in an anti-immigrant America. Their instruments and voices are weapons of choice and the songs their ammunition. They speak out to embrace all people with hope and the spirit of brotherhood.
