2009 Urban Sports Expo

The 1 st Annual Urban Sports Expo will take place in Memphis, Tennessee on Saturday August 1 2009 at the Agricenter International. The event, which focuses on encouraging fans and young athletes to pursue higher goals in sports, fitness, and education, is one of the most anticipated sports-themed conventions for 2009. The Expo will also celebrate the diversity of the players and staff in sports entertainment with booth merchants, displays, live music, prizes, and a variety of family fun.

As part of our inaugural weekend, we’re putting Memphis on lock with a celebrity-filled expo After Party featuring a live concert, special guests, and other surprises. Also, look for pre-expo events taking place throughout the 2009 summer such as the City-Wide Pep Rally, Community Outreach, and other celebrations with chances to win tickets, music, movies, and other prizes.
