1998
Co-founded Middle Classes, a graffiti collective based in the south of France. MC's members aimed to push the boundaries of what Writing was usually thought of. Somedays doing ugly stuffs with stolen spraycans was cool too.
Co-fonde Middle Classes, un collectif de graffiti basé dans le sud de la France. Les membres de MC avaient pour vocation de repousser les limites de ce que l'on considérait habituellement comme le graffiti. Il y avait aussi des jours où faire des trucs pourris avec des bombes empruntées pouvait être cool aussi.
1999
Co-founded First, an independent Graphic Design publication focusing on the ever-evolving world of international underground music. Printed with silver ink on a black paper, it strived to couple a quality production to a meaningful content. Yeahyeahhh!
Co-fonde First, une publication indépendante de graphisme portée sur le monde bouillonnant de la musique underground. Imprimé en argent sur un papier noir, il s'agissait de marier la qualité de production à un contenu intéressant. Yeahyeahhh!
2000
Co-Art Direction for Kink magazine. Joined with insightful journalism and fresh design, Kink showcased the alternative sports and the urban cultures through a unique perspective. And it was free.
Co-Direction Artistique du magazine Kink. Associant journalisme pointu et design frais, Kink mettait en avant les sports alternatifs et les cultures urbaines à travers une perspective unique. Et c'était gratuit.
2001
Co-founded Structure (with Delarocca), an antagonist but homogeneous creative team. Next year we wrote and published NYC Rules! , a unique graphic design book which aimed to reflect and rethink the New York City progressive culture by our own angle, and tried to bring the European reader closer to the different facets of the urban scene.
Co-fonde Structure (avec Delarocca), un team créatif antagoniste mais homogène. L'année suivante nous écrivons et publions NYC Rules! , un livre de graphisme assez unique qui tentait de refléter et repenser les cultures avant-gardistes New Yorkaises selon notre propre point de vue, tout en sensibilisant le lecteur Européen aux différentes facettes de la culture urbaine.

Design for the new version of Kink.
The mag evolved into incorporating new fields of investigation in the editorial coverage, as cinema, literature, art, or style.

2003
Design and Art Direction for BPM.
This bimestrial French publication featured both emerging faces and international icons of street cultures. BPM set out to present a fresh and appealing vision of today's talented people.

Cette publication bimestrielle présentait à la fois les personnalités émergentes et les icônes internationales des cultures urbaines. BPM s'efforçait de présenter une vision fraîche et séduisante des talents d'aujourd'hui.

Integrated Lezilus, a European agency based in Paris, representing the "emerging talents" of the new generation in illustration. Pretty good for my ego.
Intègre Lezilus, une agence Européenne basée à Paris, représentant les "nouveaux talents" de la nouvelle génération d'illustrateurs. Plutôt cool pour mon ego.
2005
Art Associate for WAD magazine.
As an international reference for urban (life)style and culture, WAD was an editorial platform for exhibiting the work of photographers, artists, and designers linked to the fashion world. Then I quit my job to spend the next 6 months living in Brazil, um pais de todos.
Co-Directeur Artistique du magazine WAD.
En tant que référence internationale des cultures et des modes urbaines, WAD était une vitrine éditoriale présentant le travail des photographes, artistes, et designers liés au monde de la mode. Je quitte ensuite ce boulot afin de m'installer les 6 mois suivant au Brésil, um pais de todos.
2006
Working freelance on various projects like a line of skateboards visuals, illustrations for tons of magazines, some fashion brands identities, and advertising campaigns... Plus I was based in Buenos Aires (Argentina) where the meat is better.
Travail en freelance sur différents projets comme une ligne de visuels de skateboards, des illustrations pour des tonnes de magazines, quelques marques de fringue, et des campagnes de pub... J'étais qui plus est basé à Buenos Aires (Argentine) où la viande est meilleure .
2007
From November 2006 to July 2007 I was living in Sydney where (beside my illustration shit) I took the Art Direction of the Autralian & New Zealander "street lifetyle magazine" ACCLAIM, working with my longtime partner in crime Pierre.
De Novembre 2006 à Juillet 2007 je vivais à Sydney où (à côté de mes trucs d'illustration) j'ai repris la Direction Artistique du magazine Australien et Néo Zélandais sur le lifestyle urbain ACCLAIM, en bossant avec mon vieux poto Pierre.
2008
Since last November I live in Bali (Indonesia), where the water is hotter and the girls cuter! I mainly work on my illustrations for various clients in USA and Europe (which include a monthly feat. in Complex), but I'm also in charge of the "visual arts" section of ACCLAIM in Australia, and I'll soon start doing the art direction of a new art gallery in Paris.
J'habite à Bali (Indonesia), où l'eau est plus chaude et les filles plus jolies ! Je bosse principalement sur mes illustrations pour divers clients aux US et en Europe (ce qui inclus une collab' mensuelle dans le mag Complex), mais j'assure aussi la section "arts visuels" d'ACCLAIM en Australie, et je vais bientôt prendre la direction artistique d'une nouvelle galerie à Paris.
