I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I am a Cleveland native that has finally moved back to the C-Town area. A brief hiatus of about 11+ years took me to both Cincinnati and our Nation's Capital, Washington DC. Though I hated being away Cleveland, Cincinnati gave me the best thing in my life, my beautiful wife. I met her while working in Cincinnati back in 1995. We didn't start dating until 1999 and eventually moved to Washington together. After four fun filled years in DC, we both chose to move back to be closer to both friends and family. We tied the knot this Fall, October 15, 2005, in Cincinnati Ohio in what was the best day of my life. We now live in downtown Cleveland and enjoy the friends, snow, and losing seasons. Eventually, we look forward to having a family of our own and can not wait to grow and nuture them to be full fledge Cleveland sports fans.... (figure we could teach them that losing in life is a-okay).

My Interests

Big Cleveland sports fan. I enjoy watching the Browns, Indians and Cavs, but I living in Cincinnati for as long as I did, I have a soft spot for the Bengals. I enjoy playing golf, though there is never enough time to play. I am definitely a fantasy football geek as well, so most of the Fall and Winter is spent on the couch. I play indoor soccer (don't hate me to much stucknut clones :nono) as well.I enjoy spending time with my wife and visiting new places and doing new things. We both lived together in DC and we both enjoyed all the monuments and history that surronded our old home. We have really enjoyed moving back though and spend lot's of time with all are friends here in the Cleveland area.

I'd like to meet:

Music:

I am a big fan of all types of music, though I tend not to listen to much country or religious music. With that being said, I think my all time favorite artist is Bob Marley and not his "Greatest Hits" album. His music to this day makes me smile...I also love old school and most new school rap. I could listen to it all day and everyday. Old school rap really brings me back to my high school days, which I enjoyed thoroughly. (Probably too much).I also listen to my fair share of Grateful Dead, Phish, Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson and any other hippie music available.Basically, anything that you have in your CD player / ipod, I can listen to an enjoy. One thing I notice is that I get hooked on certain songs and tend to listen to them until I make my ears bleed... Then it's on the shelf until I find it on some rainy day.

Movies:

Office Space, Matrix, Oceans Eleven, American Pie (1 and 2)

Television:

Favorite show is either Monday Night Football, ESPN Sportscenter, or really anything else sports related. However, my wife and I have really gotten into the Biggest Loser, Extreme Home Makeover, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, Boston Legal... I think I just realized how much TV we watched. I guess I should stop while I am ahead.Oh yea, love the Simpsons, reruns of Seinfeld, Cheers, That 70's Show... Okay, I am leaving.

Books:

Favorite authors are Dean Koontz, Dan Brown, James Patterson, John Grisham. I must also admit to reading almost all the Harry Potter books... definitely a good read.

Heroes:

My mother and my oldest sister.
