The last Sunday of every month, we bring you Zentra, an event to relieve your stress, free your spirit, and put your mind at ease. After a hard month's work, you deserve to be refreshed, rejuvenated, and rockin and rollin to the relaxing vibes here at Zentra.
We hold this event at the beautiful Sky 60, the most spectacular rooftop in downtown Orlando. What a better way to spend the day under the splendor of the sun and finish below the beauty of the stars.
We begin the day with a group meditation session to clear your mind and have you ready to absorb the relaxing vibes to get you ready for the day. Through out the day our friends shall be holding smaller group meditations for the more advanced meditator.
After we clear your mind, we move next to your body.
Throughout the day we have massages for $1/Minute provided by Caroline Guy LMT. With her magic hands, she'll have your knots undone, your muscles tender, and you floating by the end of a session with her.
From 6:30 - 8:00 Our Resident Yoga Instructor Jenna Black will provide a brief speech about yoga and its benefits and then lead everyone through a yoga session. From stretching your muscles, cleansing your body of toxins, and intertwining your mind and body this will be a session you will thoroughly enjoy.
DREAMS, CREATIVITY, IMAGINATION all spur out of the depths of your mind and soul, one of the most talented artists in Orlando, Emmanuel shall present his art throughout the day, prints shall be available, and appointments for portraits can be booked at ZENTRA.
Until 10pm we will have hookah services available in the cabanas for $10/30min.
After we've rejuvenated your mind and body, the last thing is to revitalize your soul. They say the brain speaks in words, and the soul speaks in music, so we're happy to bring you First Hit, the chillest most talented reggae rock in Orlando.
Part of our proceeds are donated to Habitat for Humanity at UCF.
