The Pistons

Band to see in 2008

About Me

The Pistons are 4 lads from Castleknock College, Dublin, Ireland (6th Yr) who are very dedicated to music and playing music. We started off by entering a talent show in our school which we won. We were all very nervous before we got on to the stage. When we were told we had won, none of us could believe it. Ever since that night we have played music together. Since that first magical night we have released a Demo and have played many well known venues around Dublin City such as Whelans, The Village, Eamon Dorans etc.. drawing an ever increasing following. Recently after uploading my latest song "Caught In Your Trap" on "VidShadow.com" I had the privilige of getting Music Video of the day and a heart warming review written by Claire M. Gaeta which increased the bandwidth of The Pistons. Myself and the lads continue to write for our impending EP which we shall release this August/September. I hope you enjoy listening to our music and many thanks for having the time to do so!Matt Burgess
