He Loves Me
He is my gift, and in God’s image he was made.
He assures me that his love will never fade.
His blanket of love has restored my trust.
My body now sparkles from his diamond dust.
During challenging times he is my rock.
His protection is constant like the tick of a clock.
Flowing freely from his lips are words of encouragement,
that I wear like a satin garment of adornment.
No other woman will do, and my loyalty test he exceeds.
He only desires my love as flames crave dry weeds.
He fills my body with love until it overflows.
I will stand in ovation until the entire world knows.
