Hello! This is Serious Customs, my own little section of the interweb to promote my fledgling business. I create custom (and not so custom - some of it I just make for the hell of it and sell it on) artwork. I deal in acrylics and digital pieces, and basically work to whatever brief you care to give me. So long as it's legal. And no, I don't just do Batman related stuff - that's just what I've been painting lately. ;)
Ah, my friends - now we get to the nitty gritty. Basically, the price of anything is based on materials used, and the time taken to produce a piece. Also, if you want me to go researching for source material, that's going to add a couple of quid, too. Obviously, digital art uses a lot less materials than an actual in-your-hand painting - but at the same time, the digital stuff tends to take a lot more tweaking and time than a canvas. Believe it or not, digital pieces can be awkward bastards to complete at times. Anyway, either message me here or at .. and we'll discuss it.
Acrylic paintings can be done in pretty much any size you'd like, and these are all individual pieces. I am not one of these arsecandles who will put up a traced/photoshopped-then-printed canvas on eBay and try and tell you that it's a unique piece of art for a hundred quid. That's not how I roll. They are hand-painted, unique pieces, and you never know - when I take over the world it might be worth something one day.
Digital pieces - due to the fact that I have no printing facilities right now, you will be e-mailed a ultra high-resolution piece to print, or do with as you please. Some places will print onto posters and all sorts these days if you take them a CD. For that very reason, a digital piece will automatically be a little cheaper than an acrylic piece. But rest assured, all of my work will be produced to the highest standard possible, whatever format it's in.
