The Satanic Mechanics is the University of Maryland's resident Rocky Horror Picture Show cast. Formed in 1996, the Satanic Mechanics perform a live shadowcasting of Rocky Horror free at the Hoff Theater at least once every semester. In recent years, we have also expanded to have performances of other movies, such as The Princess Bride, Army of Darkness, and Clue. We also sponsor free showings of movies like Spaceballs, and host our own events like the SM Masquerade Ball.
