ladies and gents.here we go with the news of the year. after a careful consideration, i've finally decided to leave toronto and spend a few months far from the western world. last week i quitted my old job and now i'm looking for something else, maybe in nyc. but, before that, i feel the needing of a break, and this is the right time to go for it.i spent almost two years in toronto. during this period i met good people, ok people, and some hardcore feminists. it means i didn't live as tourist (tourists usually think everything is 'so cool'), but i rather lived as a citizen.i'm likely to leave toronto by the end of the month. i'll go back to europe for a couple weeks, then i'll probably fly to india. i'll remember toronto as a lovely city full of friendly people. two years ago, when i moved here, i didn't know anybody. today i have the best roomate ever, i'm in a kickball team and some guys invited me to sing in their band, which is awsome. i could probably say i have more friends in canada than back in italy, and this is why it's seriously hard to leave this town. but you know what they say, right? if i go it will be trouble, and if i stay it will double...i hope we'll have the chance to party again in the next two weeks. you got my phone number and my email address, don't be shy and lets go for beers.all the best, gigi
