17.dec.06 || check out the short film "Mr. Bangs" by GreenLeavesGrasshopper films. it includes some new isaac music, and a fearless performance by donavan purdy, who isn't afraid to look like a complete lame-ass on the internet. stream or download the film on this site .
17.sep.06 || new songs! 'crisis in 54401' above is brannu, and... well... the other new addition is the oldest song on here. 'asleep awake' was on the chords e.p. and seemed a fitting replacement for the sullen sad sack song i had in its place before. in the sacred tradition of the artistic triumph that is reality tv, mr. kowan and 'mess u got in 2' only just barely squeezed by and were not voted off the standalone player this week.
1.jun.06 || there hasn't been an update here since february, but make no mistake, i'm still hard at work on songs. i'll probably change the tunes above soon, two of them have been changed almost beyond recognition from these versions.
for those wondering where that 'bob the slowbuilder' video is, i'm still trying to find a good way to make the file size small but still have the video "work"... see, it's rather text-intensive and has lots of stuff going on that requires sharpness, both on the part of the viewer and the video itself. so far, every size i've compressed it to, and every font i've used for the text, makes viewing on a computer screen a chore. if anyone can help, please send a message!
