SPSE (pronounced SPEE CEE) Photography is an acronym. Shit Pictures with Shit Equipment. -My name is Dickie Bill, and I'm an amateur/independent photographer. The idea behind this venture is to provide independent, up and coming musicians (or anyone who wants their picture taken) with affordable decent quality pictures to use in a portfolio, advertisement, or whatever suits the particular customers need. -SPSE Photography may be expanding. I am currently in talks with a really close friend and exceptional photographer.
