I love the outdoors and the creatures that inhabit it. On Sundays you will find me in my pajamas cuddled up on the couch with my boyfriend watching football. My favorite team is the 49ers and no matter how long I live in Colorado I will never switch to the Broncos. Some of the other sports I like to watch or play are baseball, soccer, bull riding, motocross. skateboarding, snowboarding, golf and basketball. In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I love to read but I don't make too much time for it. I don't party that often anymore but I still like to go out and have fun. I love to cook. My biggest interest by far would have to be music. I love all different types of music. I think that we all have our own sound tracks to life, songs that have helped you through the hard times and those that help you to remember the good times. I just love life and I love to live it to the fullest with little or no regrets.
I"M GLAD THAT I FOUND HIM.....
Anyone that can stimulate my mind. I'm looking to meet new people in Colorado Springs to chill with. I just moved here from Cali and I'm loving life. I'm not here for any serious relationships(I'm happy in the one I have, thank you) or bed buddies. I would just like to meet some cool peeps with similar interests. Do you consider yourself a cool peep?
Awww music, where to start? I like all kinds of music so I'll just make a list in no particular order to make it easy....

Ok so I'm a BIG DORK and one of my favorite movies is Labrynth with David Bowe. When I was a kid he was so hot. I also like... The Notebook, Ever After, Kill Bill VOL I and Kill Bill VOL II, Friday Night Lights, any Adam Sandler movies, The Wedding Crashers, Dazed and Confused, Almost Famous, Finding Neverland, Super Troopers, Pulp Fiction, KIDS, Half Baked, Road Trip, Reservior Dogs, Clock Work Orange, Crash, The Wall, The Wizard of Oz, Blow, Traffic, the American Pie movies- Ok so I guess I like a lot of movies. Honestly anything that keeps me interested is always good.
Friends, pretty much anything on MTV, The Simpsons, Dateline NBC, Law & Order, Trading Spaces and anything on the HGTV. I know, I know I'm a BIG DORK. I also like to watch football, baseball, basketball, hockey, swimming, Pro Bull Riding, NASCAR and soccer. I don't really watch reality shows, I have my own life.
To Kill a Mockingbird, The Scarlet Letter, Lord of the Flies, Mastery of Love and now I'm starting Memoirs of A Geisha.
I admire so many people for so many different reasons. There are people in my life that have inspired me and for that they will always be heroes to me.
My Grandma Hearld is the strongest person I know. She is everything that I hope to be one day. She is so kind and loving. There has never been a time that she hasn't been there for me. She made my parent's divorce bearable.
My Dad- He has always done what he can for me and sometimes that meant that he had to make personal sacrificies. No matter what I've done his love for me has never faultered.
My Mom- We haven't always seen eye to eye or gotten along for that matter but I respect her for everything that she has accomplished in life even when the odds were against her. She has always pushed me to be a better person.
My Step-Parents- I am very lucky to have such wonderful step-parents. They have never made me feel like I'm not blood. It's hard sometimes to have others in your life telling you what you can and can't do and sometimes I wasn't the nicest person but no matter how I was towards them they always made sure that I knew they loved me. My step-dad has been there for me so many times. He has helped me move all over the place and worked on my car too many times to count. He would never tell me no if I needed him. He would drop everything to be to my rescue. My Nother Mother has always given me spiritual advice and though I might not always agree I do appreciate her thoughtfulness in sharing it with me. when I had hard times with my mom she was always there to comfort me.
My Bestest Bud Steven- His life hasn't been easy but he has never used any of that as an excuse to quit. He overcame his asthma to run track and play the Trumpet. When it came time to go to college he worked several jobs to support himself. Now he is graduated and putting himself through Law School. He has accomplished so much but I admire him most for coming out of the closet when knowing that not everybody would be supportive.
Okay so I know that this one might be weird but all of my exes are heroes to me. If it wasn't for them and want they put me through then I never would have discovered my true self and my true worth.
Last but certainly not least I can't forget all of the men and women in the military that make personal sacrifices everyday for the safety of our nation. There are many others that have touched me and have made me better in some way and for that I thank you all.
"Greater love hath no man than this,
that a man lay down his life for his friends."
St.John 15:13
Nation Of Survivors
In the bright September morning without warning to us all
A few thousand lives were shattered and we watched two buildings fall
And a billion souls felt empty, and the flags at half-mast fly
In the memory of the innocent which didn't have to die
We've lost brothers, sisters, cousins. We've lost family and friends
But we've made the choice not to forget their lives and tragic ends
Though we've had our share of troubles we have put them all aside
As a nation grieves we find ourselves defending them with pride
We're a nation of survivors, with one heart we share a tear
But we live to serve the memory, not giving in to fear.
Though they try to take security with the things they've done and said
All their acts of inhumanity bring unity instead.
So we stand here as a family. One heart, one soul, one voice.
We are challenged by this moment, and united here by choice.
