Running is still a very important part of my life as I will be the head track coach at the school where I work. I also enjoy all kinds of other sports, and although I'm quite horrible, right now I'm getting into tennis. I'm working on this weightlifting thing; I have a special private trainer (my brother) who really knows what he's doing and he promised to make me buff like him.
Jennifer Lopez, of course. Her latest marriage gives us skinny Latinos high hopes.
Much like other people, it depends on the mood. Mana is good all the time though, as is Linkin Park. On the hip hop side, I've always liked Missy Elliot; she's a pretty creative chick. Alternative-wise, I'm into the Foo Fighters, Boxcar Racer, and anything that involves the acoustic guitar. I'm really into songs that get me all riled up and energized. That song by Evanesence did it for me not too long ago, as did the song by Stained. Then there's the Spanish Rock side of me. And the banda. And the corridos. I'm really all over the place and I have a new favorite song everyday. One day it can be the Tucanes, then the next day I'll relax to Frank Sinatra, only to blast some Lil John out of my 4Runner on my way to work the next morning. Today my song was: Rakata (it's one of those reggaeton songs and the beat is jammin) Times Like These (Acoustic) Add a video to your site Webratsmusic.com
All time favorite: Forrest Gump. "I just felt like runnin!"I have almost all of Brad Pitt's movies; he's an awesome actor and I like all the characters he plays. Snatch is my favorite of his movies, as well as my favorite character.I really enjoy movies that get me going. Remember the Titans, Rudy, and an old running movie, Running Brave, the story of Olympian Billy Mills, are at the top of my list. Then there are the movies with the ladies. Everytime I go to the theater I leave with a new girlfriend. For a long time it was Angelina Jolie. Recently it's been Halle Berry. Then of course there's J Lo, Salma Hayek, Cameron Diaz, Charleze Theron, and tomorrow, when I get back from the theather, I'm sure there'll be another.
It's all about 24!!! I want to be just like Jack Bauer when I grow up. LOST is also cool right now. That's about all I have time for. Other than that, if the Broncos, Lakers, or Angels are on, I'm there. I don't get too much time to watch TV, but with this DVR thing, I record the shows during the week and watch them in half the time on the weekend. That's good stuff!
All time favorite: Tuesdays with Morrie. Chronicles of Narnia were my favorite growing up. I read Hunger of Memory over the summer and I almost fell over. It's the story of my life told by Richard Rodriguez. It was scary how much we have in common. Other than that, I really enjoyed Angels and Demons and The Da Vinci Code.
This one's a tough one; I'll get back to it.
